Responsibilities

  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
  • Attend job fairs and careers events

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Familiarity with utilizing social media for recruitment (e.g. LinkedIn)

  • Hybrid Work Schedule: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday); 2x week work from home, the rest onsite in Palo Alto, CA
  • Schedule all candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, etc.), greet and provide warm experience for candidates, leverage ATS, and support candidate travel logistics
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
  • Strong Google Suite proficiency
