Responsibilities

Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
Attend job fairs and careers events

Familiarity with utilizing social media for recruitment (e.g. LinkedIn)

Hybrid Work Schedule: 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday); 2x week work from home, the rest onsite in Palo Alto, CA
Schedule all candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, etc.), greet and provide warm experience for candidates, leverage ATS, and support candidate travel logistics
Bachelor's Degree required
1+ years of administrative support experience
Strong Google Suite proficiency
